In accordance with the requirements of N.J.A.C.
5:80-26 and N.J.A.C. 5:94-7.3, there is hereby established an Affirmative
Marketing Plan for the Township of Montclair, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof. A copy of the Affirmative Marketing
Plan shall be maintained in the Office of the Township Clerk and copies
made available to the public upon request and payment of any applicable
fees.
