[Added 9-16-1980 by Ord. No. 80-55]
If a plat of a minor subdivision is to be recorded with the county recording officer, the plat shall be clearly drawn and legibly lettered on tracing cloth at a scale not smaller than one inch equals 100 feet. The plat shall be certified by a licensed engineer or land surveyor of New Jersey, shall conform to the requirements of P.L. 1960, c. 141 (N.J.S.A. 46:23-9.9 et seq.), as supplemented and amended, and shall include all of the items required of plats for major subdivisions in § 301-37 that are applicable to said minor subdivision.
The Planning Board may accept for review and approval, instead of a plat, a deed clearly describing the minor subdivision.
