Sewer districts and sewage disposal districts
shall be established and extended and facilities therefor and appurtenances
thereto, including lateral sewers, shall be constructed in accordance
with applicable provisions of the Town Law.
No permit for the construction of any dwelling
or other structure requiring sanitary facilities shall be issued for
any premises in the Town of Clay where a public sewer is available
until a plumbing permit has been issued by the Health Department.
