Pursuant to Subdivision 11 of § 1660 of the Vehicle and Traffic
Law, the Town Board of the Town of Corinth, New York, hereby directs and orders
that the following town roads will be temporarily closed to any and all vehicles
having a gross weight of over four (4) tons, effective March 8, 1971. Such
temporary closing will become effective when notices are posted on the highway
and continue until such time as conditions will permit opening. Further notice
is hereby given that any person or persons violating such order shall be subject
to punishment, as provided in § 1800 of the Vehicle and Traffic
Laws. The Town Highway Superintendent is hereby authorized, subject to resolution
of the Town Board, to make additions or deletions to these roads, if necessary.
