The purpose of this article shall be to establish
prohibitions against the parking of boat trailers and/or placement
of boats on Village streets.
No person, partnership, corporation, or other
entity shall park, place or leave any boat trailer or boat of any
type upon any Village street within the boundaries of the Incorporated
Village of Wappingers Falls, except in the event of an emergency or
under circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Violation of this article shall be punishable
by a fine of no more than $250.
