The Town Manager shall have power to make rules and regulations concerning the use or display of all lighting in business and commercial areas in the Town where such use or display would affect the health, welfare or morals of the residents of the Town. Such regulations may limit the candlepower, color and height of any lighting and may specify or limit the hours of use of any lighting.
Any person violating any provision of such regulations will be punished as provided in § 1-8 of Chapter 1 of the Code.
