A. 
There is hereby created a Town Special Events Committee.
B. 
This Committee shall consist of up to five members appointed by the Select Board. Two members shall be appointed for three years; two members shall be appointed for two years; one member shall be appointed for one year; and all members thereafter, unless filling the remainder of an unexpired term, shall be appointed for three years. The Select Board, for good cause, may remove members from this Committee.

Town Special Events Committee is hereby established to develop and execute plans and proposals for various Town special events such as anniversaries, dedications, Memorial Day observations and other like responsibilities as assigned by the Select Board.
