No person shall maintain a nuisance upon his
land, where loud noises or noxious odors escape to the annoyance of
neighbors or travelers on public or private property.
Any person violating this article shall be punished
by a fine of not more than $50 for each offense. Each day, or portion
of a day, that the violation is allowed to continue is considered
a separate offense.
