Pursuant to the authority granted in General
Municipal Law, § 5, the City of Albany is hereby authorized
to enter into an agreement with one or more financing agencies to
provide for the acceptance of credit cards as a means of payment of
parking fines and related charges.
This article shall be effective upon final passage,
publication and filing as required by law and shall be operational
immediately.
