The Fire Commission shall elect one of its number
to be Chairman and one of its number to be Secretary and shall hold
regular meetings at least once each month and keep records of the
same. Meetings shall be held upon the call of the Chairman, or at
the call of a majority of the members of the Fire Commission, or at
the call of the Board of Selectmen. A majority of the Commissioners
shall constitute a quorum.
