A.
There shall be imposed upon anyone requesting the
City of Egg Harbor City to offer for public sale any land and premises
owned by it a fee of $75 to cover the costs of advertisement and other
administrative expenses.
B.
Except as hereinafter set forth, said fee shall be
nonrefundable.
C.
Said fee shall be refundable should the City of Egg
Harbor City reject the request for any reason.
D.
Should the party requesting the sale fail to be the
successful bidder at the sale, the successful bidder shall, at the
time of said public sale, pay, in addition to the deposit of 10% required
by the terms of the proposed sale, the sum of $75, which shall be
paid to the party requesting the sale for reimbursement of his/her
expense.
