Flood damage prevention — See Ch. 76.
Mobile homes — See Ch. 94.
Zoning — See Ch. 150.
Double-wide homes or manufactured homes will be allowed in R-1, R-2, R-AG, R-M and R-RB Districts with the following restrictions:
A. 
The home must be erected upon a permanent, fully enclosed concrete or concrete block foundation upon which the weight of the structure is evenly distributed.
B. 
The home must have its hitch removed.
C. 
The home shall meet all other Town and state ordinances to include but not be limited to square footage, minimum lot size and boundary requirements.
D. 
Also, the home shall meet all state and federal specifications for electrical, sanitation and other applicable construction standards.[1]

Said homes must be New York State approved by the New York State Association of Architects.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
DOUBLE-WIDE HOME
Two or more structurally complete sections designed to be fastened together at the site to form a double-section home.
