No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle
within the Ten-Mile River State Park between the hours of 9:00 p.m.
at night and 6:00 a.m. in the morning nor shall any person enter or
remain upon the premises of the Ten-Mile River State Park during said
hours. No person shall operate or be in actual physical control of
any motorcycle, motor scooter or other motor-driven cycle within the
Ten-Mile River State Park except within the area designated for their
use or parking.

Every person found guilty of any violation of
this section shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $5 nor
more than $150.
