An appeal to the Zoning Board of Adjustment may be taken by any interested party affected by any decision of the Construction Official of the Borough based on, or made in, the enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance or Official Map.[1] Such appeal shall be taken within 20 days by filing a notice of appeal in the manner set forth herein and in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-72 of the Municipal Land Use Law of 1975.

Any interested party shall appeal a final decision of the Planning Board by commencing an action in lieu of prerogative writ in the Superior Court of New Jersey pursuant to the applicable Rules of Court.
Any interested party may appeal to the governing body any final decision of the Zoning Board of Adjustment approving an application for development. Such appeal shall be made pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-17 et seq.
