The South River Board of Health is hereby responsible for the filing,
storage and archiving of various records including marriage, civil union,
domestic partnership, birth and death records and for making corrections and
relaying said corrections to the State of New Jersey for said marriage, civil
union, domestic partnership, birth and death records.
The within chapter shall be commonly known as "Vital Statistics."
