Any individual who shall pay any charges, fees or taxes to the Borough
of South River for any charges which shall accrue shall be responsible for
an additional fee of $20, in the event said payment is made by check and said
check is returned to the Borough of South River dishonored for any reason,
including but not limited to not sufficient funds.
