[Adopted 3-10-1976 by Ord. No. 1369 (Ch. 64, Art. II, of the 1975 Borough Code)]
Each person who requests that individual notice of meetings, as required under the Act,[1] be mailed to him shall pay annually to the Borough of Roselle the sum of $10 to cover the reasonable costs thereof.

The reasonable costs of other various items which may be required under the Act[1] are as hereinafter set forth:
A. 
Annual notice and other special or rescheduled meeting notices: $0.50 per page.
B. 
Agendas required in compliance with "adequate notice" provision: $0.50 per page.
C. 
Minutes, which shall be obtained at Borough Hall between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays: $0.50 per page.

The sums hereinbefore set forth and designated for each item are subject to change upon the adoption of a superseding ordinance by Mayor and Council.
The within article and the charges set forth herein supersede any prior ordinance in conflict with the same.
