Facilities at the Roselle Police Department shall be made available
to citizens of the Borough of Roselle who wish to tie in a private
silent burglar alarm system to facilities at the police headquarters
which would alert the Roselle Police Department to an alarm.
Any person desiring the use of said facilities shall comply
with such reasonable regulations as to the means of tying into said
facilities as may be established by the Chief of Police and shall
pay to the Borough of Roselle the sum of $60 per year in advance for
the use of said facilities.
