A. 
The placement of tan bark, mulch, landscape stone, topsoil or any other materials to be used in landscaping on Township streets shall be prohibited.
B. 
The placement of brush and yard waste to be collected by Township employees as part of the Township’s brush recycling program or by any other person on Township streets for a period of more than seven days shall be prohibited.
C. 
Placement of any other nonvehicle item or device on or protruding into Township streets shall be prohibited.
D. 
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction thereof before a Magisterial District Judge having jurisdiction thereon, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $50 and costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 10 days.
The provisions of this chapter, so far as they are the same as those of ordinances and regulations in force immediately prior to the enactment of this chapter, are intended as a continuation of such ordinances and not as new enactments. The provisions of this chapter shall not affect any act done or liability incurred nor shall they affect any suit or prosecution pending or to be instituted to enforce any of those repealed ordinances or regulations.
