No person shall park or cause a vehicle to park or stand at any time in the Colts Neck Shopping Center except in designated areas between the painted lines, as indicated on the sketch attached hereto and made a part of this article.[1]

No person shall park or cause a vehicle to be parked or stood at any time at the Colts Neck Inn Hotel except in designated areas between the painted lines, as indicated on the sketch attached hereto and made a part hereof, which sketch is denoted as Sketch No. 1 of the Site Plan Application for the Colts Neck Inn Hotel prepared by Don Brundage dated April 6, 1987, which sketch shall be kept on file in the office of the Township Clerk.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute, any person or corporation causing or allowing a motor vehicle to park or stand in areas other than those designated and between the painted lines, as set forth in the within article shall be punishable as provided in § 1-9 of this Code.
