[Adopted 10-27-1983 (Ch. 67, Art.
III of the 1969 Code)]
No person may cause a motor vehicle, as defined
in the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:1-1, to park, stop or stand on the
property owned by the Township of Colts Neck housing the Colts Neck
Branch of the Monmouth County Library situated on Heyers Mill Road
in the Township of Colts Neck except during regular business hours
of the Library as posted on the Library premises.
No person may cause a vehicle to be parked,
stopped or standing on the property owned by the Township of Colts
Neck housing the Colts Neck Branch of the Monmouth County Library
at any time unless the occupant of such motor vehicle is then utilizing
the services of the Colts Neck Branch of the Monmouth County Library.

A violation of any provision of this article shall be punishable as provided in § 1-9 of this Code.
