A.
Whenever any vehicle shall be found parked on a public
street or highway or parked on public property, in violation of any posted
regulation, state regulation, rule or resolution of the Traffic Authority
for the Town of Orange, a police officer may issue to the owner or operator
of such vehicle a parking summons directing the owner or operator of such
vehicle to pay to the Police Department, within 48 hours, the amount of $25
for each violation.
A.
Vehicles found in violation of handicapped parking regulations
shall be fined $50 for each such violation.
