GENERAL REFERENCES
Solid waste — See Ch. 166.
No person shall dispose of garbage, rubbish
or waste material on public highways or along public rights-of-way
within the Town of Somers or on land or property of another within
said Town without authorization.
Any person violating the above provisions shall,
upon conviction, be fined not more than $50.
