Pursuant to § 7-131a of the Connecticut General Statutes, there is hereby established a Conservation Commission consisting of nine members appointed by the Mayor to serve for terms of five years or until a successor has been appointed.
The Conservation Commission shall have all the powers and duties set forth in said § 7-131a of the statutes.
