A.
The town hereby establishes a postal lot numbering system
for door-to-door delivery within the Town of South Bethany. The numbering
system is as indicated on the approved postal numbering map posted in the
town office, and it is hereby incorporated as part of this chapter.
B.
Letters or numbers shall be three inches in height of
a color contrasting with the background. The letters or numbers shall be readily
visible from the street.
