Revised General Ordinances]
As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
The entire width between the boundary of every way publicly
maintained when any part thereof is open to the use of the public
for purposes of vehicular travel.
No person shall place or store any dumpster,
roll off container, lumber, building blocks, bricks, shingles, siding
or any other material used in the building business on any street
or sidewalk in the Borough.
