The Chief Financial Officer shall be a Municipal
Finance Officer who has been certified as such in accordance with
the procedures, rules and regulations of the Division of Local Government
Services of New Jersey. The position of Chief Financial Officer is
created in order to carry out the responsibilities, duties and obligations
set forth in N.J.S.A. 52:27BB-26 et seq.
