The provisions of this chapter shall apply to
all development and construction of streets, avenues, boulevards,
roads, lanes, parkways, alleys or other ways both within and outside
of any existing or proposed subdivisions within the Town of Batavia.
Notwithstanding any provision in this chapter
to the contrary, unless otherwise required by Article 16 of the New
York State Town Law or by any other law, rule or regulation, the Town
of Batavia Planning Board's and Town Engineer's review and approval
under this chapter shall not be required for any improvements proposed
to dedicated streets, avenues, boulevards, roads, lanes, parkways,
alleys or other ways within the Town of Batavia.
