Editor's Note: This chapter was derived from Sections 4.31, 4.32 and 4.33 of the Town of Yarmouth Bylaws. Sections 4.31 and 4.32 were originally adopted in 1915. Section 4.33 was originally adopted 4-8-1975.
The Town Clerk shall make an annual report upon the vital statistics of the Town.
The Town Clerk shall notify, in writing, all the officers and committees chosen at the Town Meeting of their appointments, stating the business upon which they are to act and the name of the officers or committee so appointed.
All fees received by the Town Clerk by virtue of such office shall be paid into the Town treasury.
