Editor's Note: This article was derived from
Section 10.04 of the Town of Yarmouth Bylaws.
No person shall jump or dive into the waters
of Bass River from the Route 28 Bass River Bridge, the Highbank Bridge
or the Penn Central Bridge.
[Amended 4-20-1982 by Art. 27, approved 8-10-1982]
Any person violating the provisions of this
article shall be punished by fine not to exceed $300 for each offense.
