Waterskiing shall be permitted in Lewis Bay,
Bass River Salt Boxes' area and Follins Pond.
All vessels entering Town of Yarmouth waters
are subject to the direction of the Harbormaster Department, which
should be consulted before anchoring or tying up to any of the Town-owned
facilities or moorings.
No person shall operate any motorboat or any
other vessel in a reckless or negligent manner so as to endanger the
life, safety or property of any other person
