Editor's Note: This chapter was derived from
a regulation promulgated by the Building Inspector 11-24-1972.
Effective immediately, all applications for
building permits shall be accompanied by a plot plan showing actual
dimensions of the lot, the exact location and size of building structures
to be erected, together with location of cesspool or septic tank and
water supplies.
