No person shall haul or transport or cause to be hauled or transported
over or upon any of the streets or roads located within the Town of Milton
(exclusive of the Village of Ballston Spa) any garbage, offal, manure, rubbish,
shavings or sawdust in any open bed truck, trailer or similar vehicle unless
the same is provided with a tarpaulin, canvas covering, plastic covering or
other material which will prevent the material with which it may be loaded
from falling or blowing from such vehicle upon any of the roads located within
the Town of Milton, exclusive of the Village of Ballston Spa.

Any person, firm or corporation who or which shall violate any of the
provisions of this article shall be guilty of an offense which shall be punishable
by a fine of not more than $250 or a term of imprisonment not exceeding 15
days, or both. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate
offense.
