All members of the volunteer fire department of the Township
are hereby directed and authorized to maintain its firehouses in proper
condition for the purpose of housing its fire apparatus, equipment
and property, as well as conducting and operating the affairs of the
Fire Department generally.
All members, while in performance of duties relative thereto,
shall be indemnified against accidents by the workers' compensation
policy.
