A.
It shall be unlawful to put up or post any notice or
handbills upon any property in the Village without the consent of the owner
thereof, except notices required by law or by the Board of Trustees to be
posted.
B.
Any person violating this chapter shall
pay a fine of not more than $250 or shall be imprisoned for a term not exceeding
15 days, or both.
