It is the purpose of this article to make the fire safety requirements
of the State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code of the State of New
York applicable to the unincorporated area of the Town of Mount Pleasant.
Fire limits as defined in the State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code are designated for the districts as zoned by Chapter 218, Zoning, of the Mount Pleasant Code as follows:
