Any ordinance, rule or regulation enacted or amended by the Town Board
and required by any of the provisions of the Town Law to be published in the
official newspaper of the town, before becoming effective, shall have a summary
only of the text published in lieu of the entire text.

The provisions of the Town Law § 133, which provide for or
specify the publication of ordinances, are hereby superseded or amended to
the extent set forth hereinabove.
