No person or persons, firm or corporation shall
deposit or cause to be deposited any wastepaper, rubbish, beverage
cans or bottles or other material on any street in the City of Coatesville,
nor shall they deposit or cause to be deposited the same on any lot
or other place in said City without protecting it in such manner that
it cannot be carried on or to any street by wind or storm.
Any person or persons, firm or corporation violating
the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction in summary proceedings,
be subject to a fine of not more than $600 or imprisoned for not more
than 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
