[HISTORY: Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lexington as
§§ 15-11 and 15-12 of the 1958 Code (§§ 15-11
and 15-12 of the 1970 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
It shall be unlawful for any owner, keeper or agent to
allow any minor under the age of 16 years to enter his billiard room or parlor
except for the transaction of business, and such minor shall be required to
depart therefrom as soon as such business shall have been transacted.
It shall be unlawful for any proprietor or person in charge of any billiard
room or parlor to permit or allow betting or unlawful gambling to occur therein.
