Hellam Township hereby authorizes intergovernmental cooperation with Hallam Borough to set forth in an agreement the terms and provisions of their understandings with respect to moving forward to implement certain portions of the recommendations and proposals set forth in the plan.
As required by the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act, the following matters are hereby set forth:
A. 
The conditions of the agreement are set forth in the articles of agreement attached hereto.[1]

B. 
The agreement shall be effective as of the date of the agreement, and shall have a perpetual duration unless amended or revoked by the parties thereto.
C. 
The purposes and objectives of the intermunicipal agreement are to set forth the terms and provisions of their agreement and understandings with respect to moving forward to implement certain portions of the recommendations and proposals set forth in the plan.
D. 
The manner and extent of payment for the purchase are that all funds to pay Hellam Township's obligations under the agreement shall come from normal and usual budgeted amounts for such matters, to be funded by general tax revenues, from recreation fees, and from grants which may be received.
Hellam Township is authorized to enter into the intergovernmental agreement for the purposes contained therein and attached hereto, and the President or Vice President of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to execute said agreement and any other related documents on behalf of Hellam Township.
