The Clerk shall:
A.
Keep a register of all licenses granted under the provisions
of this chapter, which register shall show the character of the license, the
number, date of issue, name of person licensed and other information pertaining
thereto.
B.
Retain all applications.
C.
Endorse upon all applications on which licenses are granted
by the Council, the numbers of the licenses issued pursuant to the provisions
of this chapter.
A.
The licenses required by the provisions of this chapter
shall be issued and signed by the Clerk and shall be sealed with the Borough
seal.
B.
Each license shall be effective for one (1) year commencing
January 1, and shall expire on December 31 of the year for which the license
shall have been issued.
