Trucks over four tons' gross weight are hereby excluded from all streets described in Schedule V (§ 84-33). Said Schedule V is attached to and made a part of this chapter. Nothing shall be construed to prevent such trucks from making deliveries of merchandise or other property along streets from which such trucks are excluded nor to exclude trucks used by public utility companies for construction, installation, operation or maintenance of public utility facilities in the Borough from any street in the Borough.
