General Bylaws; amended in its entirety 10-24-2016 ATM by Art. 10]
The Town Clerk shall perform the duties which, by the laws of
the commonwealth, town clerks are required to exercise and perform.
He shall keep the book of records for the sole purpose of recording
the location of all highways and Town ways within the Town with an
index thereof.
The Town Clerk, Treasurer and Collector shall
file bonds which shall be safely kept and retained by the authorities
of the Town.
