The Village Clerk-Treasurer shall charge and be paid for the services
specified hereinafter upon delivery of the certificates therefor, the sums
set forth as follows: for searching and certifying as to the village taxes
and assessments affecting a single parcel of land separately assessed upon
the village tax rolls and special assessment rolls and records, a sum as set
forth from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees.[1]
