A. 
No driver of a vehicle shall make a U-turn or any turn requiring the movement of a vehicle to the rear or in reverse on any of the streets within the central traffic district at any intersection where traffic is controlled by a lighted traffic control signal or on the street known and designated as "Route 30A Arterial Highway."
B. 
No driver of a vehicle shall make a left turn at the intersections described in Schedule II (§ 284-77) attached to and made a part of this chapter.
C. 
When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no driver of a vehicle shall make a right-hand turn on red at the intersections described in § 284-77B(1).
D. 
When supplemental signs are erected giving notice thereof, motorists will be permitted to turn right on red at certain times when school is not in session, namely, 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., holidays, weekends and during times school is recessed times, at the intersections described in § 284-77B(2).
A. 
The City Traffic Supervisor is authorized to place markers, buttons or signs which conform to New York State standards within or adjacent to intersections, indicating the course to be traveled by vehicles turning at such intersections, and such course shall be traveled as so indicated.
B. 
When markers, buttons or other indications are so placed within an intersection indicating the course to be traveled by vehicles turning thereat, no driver of a vehicle shall disobey the directions of such indications.
