From and after passage of this chapter, it shall
be unlawful to sell fireworks or pyrotechnics of any description or
for any explosives to be used as fireworks within the Township of
Nether Providence, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
Using or exploding any fireworks or pyrotechnics
within the Township, unless a permit shall first have been obtained
from the Township Manager, is prohibited.
