The towing of motor vehicles and every matter related thereto shall hereafter conform to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, Chapter 55, and this chapter as from time to time amended. The provisions of said Chapter 55 of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead are hereby incorporated as if fully set forth herein at length.
