The following maps be and the same are hereby approved as an official
finding and record of the location and boundaries of the area or areas thereon,
specifically within a radius of 1,000 feet from schools and a radius of 500
feet from public housing facilities, public parks or public buildings:
A.
Map entitled "Drug Free Zone Map (1,000 feet radius from
schools) Borough of Teterboro, Bergen County, New Jersey," prepared by Boswell
McClave Engineering, South Hackensack, New Jersey, dated June 25, 1998, and
any supplements or amendments thereto.
B.
Map entitled "Drug Free Zone Map (500 feet radius from
public housing facilities, public parks or public buildings) Borough of Teterboro,
Bergen County, New Jersey," prepared by Boswell McClave Engineering, South
Hackensack, New Jersey, dated June 25, 1998, and any supplements or amendments
thereto.
The foregoing maps are approved pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A.
2C:35-7 and N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7.1.
The maps hereby approved may be amended from time to time by the governing
body of the borough.
The original of the foregoing maps approved or revised pursuant hereto
or a true copy thereof shall be filed with the Clerk of the borough and shall
be maintained as an official record of the borough.
