The streets or parts listed in Schedule D, attached hereto and made a part hereof as § 201-70, are hereby designated one-way streets, and all vehicular traffic on said streets or parts of streets shall move as hereinafter stated, in one direction only, and it shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle in the opposite direction.
