No person shall, except in necessary defense of person or property,
fire or discharge any gun or other firearm within the Borough of Aldan.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall,
upon conviction thereof before the District Justice of the Peace of the borough,
be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $100 and costs
of prosecution and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment
for not more than 30 days.
